Hatley is forever committed to sourcing responsibly and sustainably; to ensuring safe and fair working conditions for all, throughout our supply chain; to being mindful of the environmental and social impacts our sourcing process may bring and minimizing any risks by choosing wisely.

Every Hatley item is certified and tested by a third party, Bureau Veritas, for safety & quality, chemicals, environmental risks and for any and all claims we may make about it (for example, our swimwear range was rigorously tested for chlorine and salt water resistance and for its built in UPF 50+ sun protection). Bureau Veritas is a world-class leader in its field. One that shares our goal of offering premium quality garments and accessories that are safe and that will last a long, long time. Our commitment to quality is unwavering and we will never compromise on this.
