Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the item and place a new order.
Eligibility for returns:
To be eligible for a return and receive a full refund to your original payment method, please ensure the following:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 40 days of the order delivery date.
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Hair Accessories (including headbands and hair clips)
Preparing your order for return:
- Before initiating your return, please fill out our Contact Us form and be sure to select Returns and Exchanges.
- Please include in your return parcel the return slip that you received with your order. If you do not have this document, please include a copy of your order confirmation email and indicate the items being returned, or write your order number and the items being returned on a piece of paper and include it inside the box.
- Place the return form or order confirmation, along with the item(s) you are returning, in a securely sealed shipping container. You can reuse the shipping container you received your order in, just make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured. Then affix your shipping label.
- Please send your returns via your preferred method of shipment (we recommend using a tracked service) to:
